This award is aimed at HR teams working in partnership with a supplier to deliver a relocation project or an aspect of global mobility that enhances a corporate client's business objectives and/or the quality of the relocation support provided to individual employees.
The HR team may be working in partnership with the supplier on a particular project that requires a new strategy. Alternatively, it may be delivering a total package, with support from an outsourced supplier.
Entrants should explain how and why the partnership came about, the strategy behind it, how it was implemented, and who was involved. They should provide evidence of how the project/partnership is benefiting the HR team and its organisation, and how its results were measured.
The judges will require evidence of a seamless partnership between HR team and supplier.
