In an agreement finalised this week between Gosselin and DT Moving, Gosselin has acquired and merged DT Moving with its Gosselin Mobility operating companies.

A unique opportunity

The deal brings together DT’s UK and France businesses under the Gosselin umbrella, creating an enlarged European moving network of 51 offices in 34 countries throughout Western and Eastern Europe, Russia, the Caucasus and Central Asia. The deal with DT Moving's managing director, Nick Kerr, includes a stake in the enlarged Gosselin Mobility group. Mr Kerr will continue to be based in London as MD and will join Gosselin Group’s Antwerp management team.“This is a unique opportunity for both companies; Gosselin Mobility expands its network in two key European capitals – London and Paris – renowned for corporate and diplomatic moving opportunities,” said Marc Smet, ceo of Gosselin. “DT Moving is a highly respected supplier of corporate international moving services and now gains access to a huge market from which it can strengthen and capitalise on growing business across Europe. Working closely for years

The two companies have worked closely for many years. Both are independent owner-managed businesses and both were looking for opportunities to grow and respond to the fast changing market in Europe.
