Dulwich College Yangon provides a modern British independent school education in Myanmar’s commercial capital, Yangon. Currently the College caters for students from pre-school to Year 8 (2 to 13 years of age) and its Star City campus will grow each year to eventually provide for students up to Year 13 (age 18).
Dulwich College Yangon is one College spread over two campuses, and students at both campuses benefit from cross-campus learning and shared facilities. The first campus opened in August 2016 on a greenfield 12-acre site within the landscaped Pun Hlaing Estate, to the West of the city. In August 2017, this campus was expanded with the introduction of a Middle School building featuring a 350-seat black box theatre, science laboratories, art and design studios, a library and sports fields. The Pun Hlaing campus of Dulwich College Yangon will be developed over three phases and on completion will feature dedicated purpose-built buildings for Early Years, Junior School and Middle School students.
A second campus in the residential development of Star City, Thanlyin, to the South of Yangon, also opened in August 2017. The Star City campus of Dulwich College Yangon sits on 20 acres of greenfield land in the heart of the attractive Star City community. The campus is purpose-built with flexible indoor and outdoor learning spaces and world-class academic and co-curricular facilities. The sport facilities at the Star City campus include rugby and football fields, an indoor gymnasium complex and an aquatic centre with an Olympic-sized, 50 metre swimming pool and a learning pool.
