King’s College is located in the municipality of Babites in Latvia’s capital city, Riga. The school is designed to hold approximately 580 pupils and will eventually cater for children from the age of 3 years old (Nursery), through to 18 years old (Year 13).
At the school, everything revolves around academic excellence. A Quality British Education is the hallmark of King’s College and the native British and British trained teaching staff, who help pupils to consolidate their knowledge and encourage a love of learning from the very first day at school.
King’s College Latvia is the first British school in Latvia and in fact the Baltic states, and the quality of its curriculum has been recognised by the Latvian Ministry of Education, allowing the students to benefit from exactly the same curriculum as an elite school in Great Britain.
In 2019, King’s College schools became members of Inspired, a leading global premium schools group operating in Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, educating over 45,000 students across a global network of more than 64 schools.
