Mill Hill International was launched to great acclaim in September 2015 on a newly refurbished site adjacent to the main Mill Hill School campus. We offer co-educational day and boarding to pupils aged 13 to 17, and courses for Year 9, Year 10, One Year GCSE and Pre-A Level. We bring pupils from all over the world together in an inspiring school where they can gain internationally recognised qualifications and enjoy a transformational educational experience.
Mill Hill International provides a bridge to the international pupil’s next school, whether that be Mill Hill School or other renowned British boarding schools. Whether pupils are arriving in the UK for the first time, or returning after a period abroad, at Mill Hill International we aim to help them make this transition smooth and, whilst focusing on academic development, make sure that each pupil can exploit their talents so that their stay is both enriching and rewarding. Pupils come to Mill Hill International from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds, but they all share a commitment to study and a strong sense of purpose with high expectations.
This, added to our passionate approach to teaching, makes for a dynamic learning environment where pupils can achieve their very best. There is close integration with Mill Hill School: all boarders at the two Mill Hill schools are mixed between the four boarding houses; there is shared use of facilities such as the swimming pool, theatre and sports hall; there are many opportunities for academic and cultural exchange through the Saturday morning options programme and joint activities in sport, music and social activities.
