The International School of Nice (ISN) provides an Anglophone programme for students aged 4 to 18 years (Pre-K to Grade 12), culminating in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB). The International School of Nice is an IB World School, and is fully accredited by two international agencies - the European Council for International Schools (CIE), and the Middle States Association of the United States (MSA).
ISN also offers the Primary Years Programme (PYP) to grades Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 5, and IB courses to grades 11 & 12. In grades 9 and 10, students prepare a selection of IGCSE examinations. The School is also a Certified Test Administration Site, and serves as a test centre for the PSAT, SAT I & SAT II, SSAT, Advanced Placement and ACT exams.
The school year runs from September to June, and there are a large number of extra-curricular activities including sports tournaments, Model United Nations, Student Council and Field Trips in France and abroad. We have a strong drama and music programme and regularly perform plays, musical performances and musicals, attracting audiences from all over the region.
Total enrolment is 360 students with 50 teachers. The Faculty has an average of 15 years teaching experience and an average length of stay of 10 years. The maximum class size is up to 22/23 students. IB classes are often much smaller depending on options chosen.
