Bright Scholar, the Chinese schools’ group is to acquire UK independent school, Bournemouth Collegiate School (BCS) in its first venture outside of China.

BCS will be Bright Scholar’s first and flagship school in the UK. The new partnership will bring investment, additional expertise and improved outcomes and opportunities for the pupils and staff at the school. Bright Scholar currently operates 67 schools in China with over 35,000 students enrolled.

BCS is an established independent school located in Bournemouth, England.
