This award recognises quality and professionalism in the provision of serviced apartments. The Country/Local Award recognises quality and professionalism in the provision of serviced apartments that are operated by providers that focus on a specific country or at local level.

The judges said, “An excellent quality service apartment provider that is highly rated by its clients and employees – and with its emphasis on design it really does have beautiful apartments!

"It is clear that clients and employees love this firm! Nothing is too much trouble, the professionalism and attention to detail shines through.”

Manuela Zerega Westin, Partner, CEO, Beautiful Apartments Sweden, was asked why the Award was important to Beautiful Apartments Sweden. She said, "That we have recognition, that we can be even more proud of what we do. We are already without an award, but with an award it means even more, that we are actually doing something really good.

"Sweden is quite small so for us being part of something bigger means a lot especially flying to the UK and being a part of this, means really a lot. We don't have this kind of awards in Sweden, so being a part of a bigger group, it means really a lot for us.
