Sarah Osborne James is the School Principal at Regents International School Pattaya, Thailand, a Nord Anglia Education School. She has a Masters of Education in International Education Administration and a certificate of International School Leadership with the Principals Training Center. Over the last twentyone years Sarah has worked in International Schools in Colombia, Cambodia and Thailand.  Sarah has served on the IB Heads Council and been an Executive Board member of the Latin American Heads Association. Sarah has extensive knowledge and experience of accreditation in international education with CIS, NEASC, LAHC and EFQM. 

Jason Perkins is the Head of Senior School at the British International School, Phuket and has worked at BISP since 2015. He has was  a Bachelors degree in Education and History and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. Jason has experience leading a wide range of school priorities including, Teaching and Learning, Child Protection and Safeguarding, Pastoral Care and Wellbeing, Staff Development, Key Stage 4 to 5 Transition and Whole School Curriculum Planning. Jason was especially attracted to working at BISP because of its inclusiveness and the importance placed on quality relationships between the staff and the children.
