Serviced apartments in Switzerland
Switzerland is an important relocation and destination with easy access to rest of central Europe. It has a highly successful economy is driven by low rates of corporate tax, an established services sector (led by financial services, including banking and insurance, and tourism), and a high-tech manufacturing industry, which mainly produces chemicals, health-related and pharmaceutical products, and instruments for scientific and precision measurement. With the opening of the new block at Rue de Vallaire 2, VISIONAPARTMENTS, which has been represented in central locations since 2008, has doubled its presence in Lausanne and further consolidated its position as the market leader in the serviced apartment sector. The 61 residential units in the new “Les Jardins de la Venoge” complex vary in size and – as is typical of VISIONAPARTMENTS – are furnished in a range of high-quality styles. Customers can thus choose between South African flair and Aegean lightness, depending on availability. The amenities in the building also comprise a wide range of services included in the rental, such as W-LAN, digital TV with international channels, weekly cleaning service and regular refilling of hygiene articles. The laundry room also provides tenants with washing machines and tumble dryers to use free of charge. Further services such as a laundry service or extra cleaning may be used for a fee.Related stories:
