Prior to launching its company six years ago, the CEO and co-owner, Manuela Zerega Westin, acknowledged there was a gap in the serviced apartment market in terms of providing high-quality business apartments together with delivering exceptional service – which is where Beautiful Apartments comes in.“We have consistently focused on our clients throughout the years and kept our company as an SME, as opposed to becoming a larger enterprise,” affirms co-owner and accounts manager Anna Spjuth. The firm’s objective is to meet the needs of their clients and to make their first foray into Sweden as smooth as possible.

As a thriving number of large corporations move their headquarters to Sweden and start-ups open their businesses here, such as Spotify, Klarna and King, Beaps continues to grow to accommodate its clients by expanding to locations growing in popularity.“During the past eight months, Beautiful Apartments has seen significant progress and development,” highlights CEO Ms Zerega Westin. “We secured around 125 new apartments during this time, which created a 25% increase of new units from this January to date. Our latest addition is 20 brand new units in Helsingborg, which will shortly be launched,” she reveals.
