Keynote speaker Mark Freed, Co-founder, Men for Inclusion
Speaking at the recent Think Global Women event in celebration of International Women’s Day, Mark Freed, co-founder Men For Inclusion shares his thoughts on accelerating action for gender equality, reflecting on progress over the past 70 years while questioning whether momentum has slowed.
He emphasises the need to view inclusion as a collective effort, breaking down outdated stereotypes for both men and women. Mark highlights that true progress comes from unity, ensuring greater opportunity and choice for all and emphasises the importance of shifting the focus from diversity to true inclusion, ensuring that everyone feels part of the conversation.
He highlights the need to actively practice inclusive behaviours daily, creating workplaces where diverse talent can thrive while also allowing the majority to grow and break free from outdated stereotypes.
