For us Think Global People is the future offering a wider perspective and the opportunity to share the wealth of knowledge across global mobility and to connect and collaborate with talent and organisations around the world. We have been developing a multimedia with a lens that is multi-faceted, able to pull together industry sector knowledge, case studies and trends at a local, regional and global level. Now is the time to push the boundaries and collaborate further to solve some of the big issues facing leaders and organisations.I have been reflecting on our exhilarating journey. What started as a UK magazine has evolved into a multimedia organisation with a global audience. I have witnessed the  global mobility function become a key stakeholder within business growth as organisations have sought to increase their global presence. The need to move talent around the world to fill skills gaps, develop people and deliver projects, provide support for their families, source homes and education for their  children and develop future international leadership capability is as paramount as ever.I welcome the growing number of exciting opportunities in the global mobility sector, the  growth in expertise and talent and the importance companies place on their employees’ experience. Putting people first will remain vital over the next 20 years.
