Easy Tiger Executive Search is recruiting for a global mobility account manager role based in Hampshire.
The role
Working alongside the operations and business development teams, the successful applicant will be responsible for the management, performance and retention of large premier clients, establishing and building relationships, identifying new opportunities and generating additional business.This is an office-based role that may involve significant travel.Responsibilities
- Understand the contract and the client’s requirements
- Brief all departments about changes within the client portfolio
- Set in place procedures for monitoring and reporting performance
- Monitor client customer feedback and liaise with other departments to implement changes and provide feedback
- Work with departmental heads to correct non-performance
- Liaise with the operations team about changes made to client contracts or synopses
- Make suggestions and recommendations to enhance service delivery and relocation experience
- Understand every operating unit’s methodology for providing relocation and make recommendations for improvement
- Understand every operating unit’s requirements for relocation services
- Provide leads to the sales department, converting where possible within the existing client base, as well as sales for new opportunities/leads
- Attend and deliver sales presentations when required
- Attend and participate at industry shows/events/exhibitions, meeting objectives agreed with line manager
- Review the profitability of each client based on activity and contribution to overheads
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure the client pays within payment terms, and recommend alternative options if available
